Prior to that, she&nbsp;served as Dodd&#8217;s deputy press secretary.<\/p>\n<p>She will start her new post on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Courant staff writer Eric Gershon also reports that Lamont has established a campaign headquarters&nbsp;on Orange Street in New Haven.
