The singer-actress delivered a healthy daughter Violet, with “a full head of head,” on Feb. 26, a friend of the couple confirmed to PEOPLE<\/a><\/em> on Monday.<\/p>\n This is the first child for Christina, 28, and the fourth for the Grammy-winner singer\/songwriter\/record producer, 31, who has three children (a four-year-old daughter and three-year-old twin sons) with his ex-wife, R&B singer Nivea.<\/p>\n The couple wed in September.
