In honor of National Pancake Day, created by the International House of Pancakes (IHOP), all IHOP locations across North America will be serving free short stacks to customers from 7-10 AM this morning, Feb. 23. The short stack — comprised of three buttermilk pancakes smothered in buttery goodness — is free, but IHOP does ask for a donation for Children’s Miracle Network<\/a>, an organization that supports children’s hospitals and life-saving research for a spectrum of diseases. Since beginning this tradition in 2006, IHOP has raised $3.25 million for various charities.
