Commonwealth Utilities<\/a> designer Anthony Keegan presented his collection during New York Fashion Week at the NoMad Hotel. According to Keegan, much of the inspiration for the line came from the film, “An Officer and a Gentleman.” Like Richard Gere’s character in the movie, outfits that reflect Navy life is present in the range but with a more contemporary twist. Peacoats, sailor inspired shirts, ribbed sweaters, long coats, officer suits, and even long johns all made the cut. So if you’re fashion muse just so happens to be Zack Mayo, look on to Commonwealth Utilities this fall for further wardrobe inspirations. <\/p>\n
