A 2009 winner of the GQ\/CFDA Best New Designer Award last year, it&#8217;s quite exciting to see what they&#8217;ll be bringing to the table this season. For the cooler months, Sam Shipley and Jeff Halmos keeps their collection primp and proper with clean lines and subtle detailing.
