According to T-Mobile&#8217;s VP of engineering, Dave Mayo, it&#8217;ll be the coasts who&#8217;ll see this upgrade and its theoretical 21 Mbps download speeds first.<\/p>\n<p>No word on when exactly we&#8217;ll start seeing devices capable of taking advantage of the upgraded speeds though.
