Torn 78, is facing charges of burglary, criminal trespass, and weapons offenses after Connecticut State Police found him <em>&#8220;highly intoxicated&#8221;<\/em> and armed with a loaded gun in a small bank near his Salisbury home last Friday night. <\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-91491\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Torn&#8217;s lawyer, A. Thomas Waterfall, said the actor &#8212; who has  history of alcohol-related arrests &#8212; was disoriented and believed he was at home at the time of his arrest. <\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;He will enter rehab on Tuesday,&#8221;<\/em> Waterfall said. <\/p>\n<p>Torn&#8217;s most recent role has been as a network TV boss on the NBC comedy <em>30 Rock<\/em>.
