Seattle-based DocuSign, a maker of software to automate electronic signatures, announced today<\/a> it has appointed Steve King as new CEO and Keith Krach as chairman of the board. King, a veteran of Virtela, Zantaz, and E*Trade, succeeds Matthew Schiltz, who will now head up strategic business development for the company. Krach is the co-founder and former CEO of Ariba. DocuSign was founded in 2003 and has raised more than $30 million in venture funding.<\/p>\n
