On Monday, TV Land — basic cable’s nostalgic caravan — ordered a six-episode docusoap starring actress Lisa Rinna and her husband, former L.A. Law<\/em> star Harry Hamlin.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Harry Loves Lisa<\/em> follows the duo as they navigate parenthood and their celebrity-driven Hollywood lifestyle.<\/p>\n

“Harry Loves Lisa brings to life the romantic notion that opposites attract as Lisa\u2019s playful spontaneity differs from Harry\u2019s more reserved demeanor,” <\/em>the network boasted in a statement issued Monday. “Audiences will watch as the two balance their differences in the midst of insane professional lives as working actors and entrepreneurs who are parenting two pre-teen daughters. One of Hollywood\u2019s most enduring\u202a couples, the Hamlins\u2019 contradictory personalities make for amazing chemistry both on-screen and off.”<\/em><\/p>\n

The ex-Melrose Place<\/em> star married PEOPLE’s<\/em> former “Sexiest Man Alive” more than 11 years ago. After years in relative obscurity, the twosome re-entered the Hollywood spotlight as light-footed contestants on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars<\/em>; Lisa on Season 2 and Harry on Season 3. Lisa even recently landed on The New York Times Best Seller<\/em> list with her 2008 memoir, Rinnavation<\/em>. Now The Hamlins are ready for another close-up.<\/p>\n
