They are looking at a Spring 2010 launch.<\/p>\n<p>From MikeToronto$$ On UT:<\/p>\n<p>Application has been submitted for mixed use Hotel, Residential, Office and Path on this site. I have word from the city. Working on getting the document<\/p>\n<p>Location is the northeast corner of Bremner and Lower Simcoe.  Hopefully this will be as attractive as Fairmont&#8217;s Pacific Rim in Vancouver.  Anyone willing to bet on the name?  Fairmont Lake Ontario?  Fairmont Toronto Centre?
