The Two &#038; A Half Men actor was collared last month after allegedly assaulting his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller, and holding her at knifepoint as the couple&#8217;s nine month old twins rested nearby.<\/p>\n<p><object width=\"500\" height=\"330\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/SNjf8tz8ltg&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;\"><\/param><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\"><\/param><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\"><\/param><\/object><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe suspended the commercials on Dec. 28,\u201d<\/em> Hanes spokesman Matthew Hall told <em>PEOPLE<\/em> this afternoon. In fact, the company tried to yank Sheen&#8217;s ads before then. <em>\u201cSome were seen on the 25th, 26th, 27th as we could not reach the networks over the holiday weekend,\u201d<\/em> Hall explained.<\/p>\n<p>The ads, which support Hanes&#8217; \u201cComfortsoft\u201d line, also feature sports legend Michael Jordan. Sheen\u2019s contract with the brand ends in mid-2010.
