His point of view is shaped by his experiences. He has been offering wireless Internet service in Laramie, Wyoming for a very long time. In a lunch at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society, he talked about how he built this ISP. It is a story of grit, hard work, logistical nightmares and frustration.
