This is pretty much all from my efforts. I started taking 1 metformin a day as of November 30th.<\/p>\n<p>Nov 14th A1C=8.4<br \/>\nFasting Glucose=133<\/p>\n<p>December 11th A1C=6.7<br \/>\nFasting Glucose=95<\/p>\n<p>I have been following a low carb diet and testing my blood sugars.
