Our client, a vibrant, fast-growing energy solutions firm focused on renewable energy development and energy efficiency, is seeking a senior candidate to lead the development, planning and execution of electrical & carbon measurement, verification, and the tracking of projects for their energy efficiency and demand reduction clients<\/p>\n
You will be responsible for onsite work with clients, interfacing with their data centers and buildings management teams, and will be the primary lead for measurement and verification.<\/p>\n
Duties will involve:<\/p>\n
• Coordinating staff, contractors and client groups to develop and implement Measurement and Verification for energy efficiency and demand reduction programs
\n• Determining and verifying energy savings in accordance with established protocols and standards
\n• Preparing written reports for various audiences including senior management, third-party contractors, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders
\n• Following and participating with industry and legislative\/regulatory developments to identify, understand, and influence changes that potentially impact MV&T standards, methods, and protocols
\n• Managing, training, and developing staff and contractors<\/p>\n
Your skills and experience will include:<\/p>\n
• Graduate in science, engineering business, law or finance
\n• In excess of five years experience in energy efficiency programs or measurement, verification and evaluation
\n• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP)
\n• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n• Solid understanding of utility regulatory compliance requirements
\n• Data Center M&V experience
\n• Energy Modeling
