Traditionally, residential buildings in China are oriented south and north, but the unique positioning of the BUMPS in Beijing project let is save a considerable amount of energy. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2009\/12\/11\/bumps-in-beijing_2_yjpaa_69.jpg?w=780\" alt=\"bumps in beijing_2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The project features four residential building, each of which is 80 meters in height. Every two floors are set as a unit, and each unit is staggered 2 meters horizontally.
