I usually am around 85 right before the run.  So I am looking at about a 30 &#8211; 40 point jump!  My ave fasting BGs are 86.  I usually don&#8217;t get over 115 &#8211; 120 2 hrs after meals.<\/p>\n<p>Is this an indication of a problem or is this normal.<\/p>\n<p>My running is a pretty fast pace.  I run the mile and a half in about 15 mins.  I usually feel great about 3 &#8211; 4 mins after my run.
