\nSo both Google and Microsoft will probably continue to employ people of the highest caliber for the foreseeable future. It just looks like Google might maintain a bit of an edge, perhaps getting kids who are in the top 0.5 percent of their class instead of the more pedestrian top 1.0 percent or so.
