More than half of those, 596,084, were registered in Addis Ababa, followed by Oromia with 171,308.<\/p>\n<p>The ministry figures put Tigray at 52,751 vehicles, Dire Dawa at 21,938, Somali at 15,160, Benishangul-Gumuz at 8,842, Harari at 8,000, Afar at 6,598 and Gambella at 5,558.
