EFFORT is a conglomerate of businesses and factories based mainly in the Tigray region.<\/p>\n<p>Abraham Tekeste (PhD), head of Tigray\u2019s Urban Development, Trade and Industry bureau with the rank of deputy chief administrator, said preparations for the sale had been completed.
