Ask Ethiopia\u2019s garment workers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Hawassa and other parks were sold as leapfrog development\u2014jobs, exports, and \u201cdoing well by doing good.\u201d Workers and labor researchers described a gap between CSR language and daily reality.<\/p>\n<p>That critique is lasting political economy.
