The tragedy began eight months ago after ethnic clashes in the areas but only came to the world\u2019s attention when The Guardian published a report. Many international organizations and Ethiopian people have criticized the government for its prior negligence of the situation and delayed response to the critical situation. Many youth groups have arrived at the camps to aid the displaced families alongside non-profit organizations. The most outstanding participation was seen from Yelagaa group.
