About 10 percent of the population of South Sudan and Chad have access to quality sanitation facilities. Meanwhile, only 7 percent of Ethiopia&#8217;s population has access to improved sanitation facilities.<\/p>\n<p>Ethiopia was ranked 54 out of the 54 countries in Africa in the report.
