The residents also mentioned how the military is killing civilians and destroying properties to hunt down OLF militia. Ato Buzu Waqebe, Oromia\u2019s Office of Security and Administration Deputy Head, told VoA that the shootout happened in order to suppress fire from unknown individuals.
