He didn't do it for the reward money. He did it for the thousands of underage Tegaru children who were forced to carry arms and die defending the coward Junta! A crime against humanity! 
The one question many parents in Tigray are asking today is:
Why didn't the Junta leaders take their own lives in order to avoid capture? Cowardice?
