Eyewitness Eritrea.

(Embassy Media): The Embassy of Eritrea in Washington, DC hosted a dinner reception for GMU faculty, staff and students of Eyewitness Eritrea at the newly inaugurated Eritrean Cultural and Civic Center.

Eyewitness Eritrea, is a project under the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution (S-CAR) and Center for the Study of Narrative and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University. Participants of the program, shared testimonies from their trip to Eritrea.



They stressed Eritrea’s values and experiences, can serve as an example to Africa and the world. They promised to work in partnership, to explore Eritrea’s story and sharing it with the world. Speaking at the event Mr. Berhane G Solomon, Chargé d'affaires reaffirmed the Embassy of Eritrea’s commitment to the success of the program.

It seems wedi medhin berad regime is fellowing the footsteps of the woyane; hiring mercenary Western journalists and scholars to polish the ugly and damaged image of the regime....

Carol Pineau, member of the group who claimed she has first hand experience in Eritrea. She tried to convince us that There is no difference in the life conditions of an average eritrean and wedi medhin berad lackeys. In her own words. She said, i went to meet yemane monkey to conduct an interview and in the middle of the interview, the electricity was gone and it was totalblack out.... She claimed, this indicates only that There is social justice in Eritrea because the rulers and the masses are suffering equally. እዚ እዩ ስነሞጎት ትፎዞታት ወዲ መድሕን በራድ.

Hamdok: Affirms Keenness for Strengthening Relations with Eritrea

Khartoum, Sep 10 (SUNA) – The Prime Minister, Dr. Abdallah Hamdok, has affirmed keenness of the government of Sudan to enhancing its relations and cooperation with Eritrea, pointing to the distinguisedh relations between peoples of two countries.

This came when he he received Monday at his office the visiting Advisor of the Eritrean President, Yemane Gebreab, who conveyed to Dr. Hamdok the congratulations of the Eritrean leadership on formation of the transitional government.

The meeting discussed the future of cooperation between two countries in different fields.

Gebreab has revealed preparation for a visit of the Eritrean President, Isaias Afwerki to Sudan shortly.
