I Horus has always supported free and independent nation of Somaliland entirely based on principle.. The status of SLP is not dependent on Ethiopia's recognition or not; SLR status does not depend on Ethio-Somalia agreement or conflict. So if Abiy Ahmed & PP can choose to honor or withdraw from the MOU. I am sure Abiy Ahmed knew that this would happen. In other words, the Ankara Declaration will soon be in crisis as Ethiopia has no right to determine the status of another people, ie - Somalilanders. Horus somalia isn’t going to give you a sea out let in Somalia or in Somaliland . They can’t grant you that no one in Somalia will ever accept this you can use the port for trade issues. But that is it no ownership of sea coast for Ethiopia no navel base . Heck not even ur troops will stay in Somalia . The Somali foreign minister made that clear . I also read some where today. That the new Somaliland government said it will review the mou if it fits somaliland interests or not . I think abiye is now busy with face saving hè saw that he has not the balls to go ahead with the mou and saw that it brought damages such as Egypt in Somalia . That’s why he withdrew from the mou .
