The agreement is for access to the sea under Somalia’s sovereign authority.

What part of it that you don’t understand.
That is what the Ankara declaration is all about. Erdogan just pulled the clown by his ears and make him sign with a useless and stateless Somalia by demeaning Somali Land.

He should never have gone to Ankara. It is embarrassing for us Ethiopians to be represented by this clown who doesn’t understand basic diplomacy.

Ya man, that is why going all the way to Erdogan and sign an agreement recognizing the territorial integrity of Somalia, in other words the recognition of Somalia’s jurisdiction over Somali Land is absurd. And talking about the MoU for one year and then tossing it for Erdogan in a week makes it more absurd.
