So according to the "super high iq" logic of eritreans, because ethiopia was unjustly denied a sea outlet by the expasion of ottoman and Italian empires, Ethiopians of the future should just live with the consequences of these imperial conquests for ever and after. What bone headed logic is that?

Internation law matters only if you can enforce it...by arms. Courts ruled in your favor during the Badme war, but your army was too weak to enforce it so you had no choice but to live without badme for 20 years. If you can't enforce the law by force, then courts are useless. For what's worth tho, ethiopia has legit international law argutments. The primary treaty signed by Menelik and Italy delineating the ethio-eritrea border, giving afar coast to eritrea became null and void when Italy invaded Ethiopia in the 1930s, so that treaty can no longer be used to justify sovereignty. If that treaty can't be used as a reference, then international law dictates pre independence boundaries must be respected when countries declare independence. And I got news for you, Assab was a self governing afar province when EPLF seized it from derg...so as far as international law is concerned your previous lord Italy tore up the treaty that favors you and your current EPLF lord violated legal principle of respecting pre colonial internal boundaries.
