If you want to comment on his opinion start by refuting any of his claims: the people are exhibiting on their faces the sign of poverty due to price hikes on basic food items; the government officials seem num and asleep; and finally the main city roads are artificially decorated with lights and tiles while basic necessities like drinking water and electric power are scares beyond imagination. Comment on those points he raised rather than attacking his personality.
