Ethiopians were developing their country, highly intelligence, everyone was at work. Since then there has not been ONE thing that Ethiopia advanced not ONE. Every development is based on high international bank debt and Chinese development.
If we had continued under our king H/Selassie, as the world changes, Ethiopia too would have advanced as she doesn't have time to talk about backward and village waste of time ethnic. Instead, the regions would have been reorganized or add more regions for those who were unable to advance, or exercise their language and culture.

alex de waal british, is saying Ethiopia is loser, is acting like other colonized African country, no longer this myserious, unique country they know of. Of course they want it like that, they want Ethiopia to be just like other colonized african country! Especially when they destroy the language, and Orthdox and culutre, Ethiopia would just be a no body. This was the goal anyway!
