Why didn't Ethiopians built it? Ethiopians must participatate equallly and training. If you claim you are indpendent, then you must build your country. Saudi was amassing million petro dollar and dumbed its citizens inviting West and other foreigners to build the country while making the people dumb, fat and brainless because theSaudi Royals like Tplf and Olf does not want to empower the people so that one day they don't over throw them. This means you are also prisoner of foreigners to protect yourself. In other words, you are an island in ocean in your own country because you crushed your own people and country while enriching others.
