To War, or Not to Be: Why #TPLF will ALWAYS choose war

1/TPLF backed by formidable western allies failed to deliver Addis and apparently lost their unqualified support. With thousands sacrificed with nothing show in return, TPLF is stuck between a rock & a hard place.

2/ TPLF knows it can only survive if there is active conflict. Without war keeping the populace in a state of near constant fear and paranoia will be nigh impossible. This makes the prospect of ordinary Tigrayans showing their discontent, a very real possibility.

3/ With that in mind TPLF will do all it can to keep the war going. After another round of conscription TPLF has been getting ready to launch an all out attack against #Afar and #Amhara.

4/ This time the primary or at least the initial focus seems to be #Afar. After all Abala is very close to Mekele and their supply line will not be overstretched as it was in North Shoa.

5/ #TPLF knows that if Abala remains open, with aid flowing in freely, there will be little or no appetite for Tigrayns to join its ranks or not turn against it. By attacking Abala, TPLF is trying to maintain it's only remaining big fabrications [Phantom Blockade] alive.

6/ In short TPLF has NO intention of negotiating with GOE because there are no incentives for it to do so. Peace will be the death of TPLF!

7/ The leaders of TPLF have no compunction about sacrificing as many Tigrayan youth as needed. Their system is one that converts these sacrifices into more time for the TPLF system of oppression.

8/ It is only reasonable to expect that the attack on #Afar is only the beginning. It is very likely that TPLF will launch offensives on multiple fronts to try and force the ENDF into Tigray. Once ENDF is in Tigray, TPLF would use it as an opportunity to stock the fire of resistance among ordinary Tigrayans and also smear GOE with the help of their friends in the media and HR and UN orgs.

9/ The MSM & @UN can shatter this web of deception by telling the truth that it's #TPLF that is blockading aid from #Tigray. If only @antonioguterres
would suddenly grow a spine or the media a conscience! In the meantime thousands will die & thousands more will be displaced. SAD!

Ann Fitz-Gerald
@afitz3105

Kudos to 🇬🇧 @vickyford for having the courage 2 break the silence & not be threatened by TPLF digital intimidation tactics. Other states must now follow. The world’s silence is emboldening the TPLF insurgency, & decimating Tigray’s communities due to TPLF’s forced recruitment.1/3

It has been clear for some time that, as in the 1980s, ongoing attacks on Abala are meant to block aid deliveries, and to justify cries of ‘siege’ and ‘blockade’. 2/3

TPLF has been been emboldened by the absence of any real response from the west over the past month. Their escalation in Afar is a clear message that they have no intention of stopping the war & r willing to continue sacrificing their people.3/3

TPLF “ will always choose war” doesn’t sound correct. In the current Ethiopian politics peace will not deliver substantial advantage to TPLF does sound perfect . Forget the foreign movers and shakers for the moment. TPLF relied upon the so-called oppressed “ nations and nationalities” to exert influence which is way higher than the number of people it claims to represent. The number is not there. Having the “ federalists” alive is the TPLF bargaining chip.
But the federalist seem to evaporate to nonexistent. It doesn’t seem to come alive again.
No, TPLF does not necessarily choose war. TPLF rather is confused. When confused you do that you know at least something about.

How in the Hell is Junta getting all the Fire Bombs at this time ?

One would expect Junta's Fire Bombs to have been depleted because of Drone and Air bombardment of its Military Depot and have also been used up what it had left with.

This is Very intriguing.
