Could please do us a favor by posting the historical authentic Map of ቤተ-አማራ with the above places with their name mostly prior the 16th century. Most people understands things visually. Interestingly some even have cities with similar names, for instance, the capital city of Amhara Sayint ( Adjibar/አጅባር), Tenta (Adjibar/አጅባር), etc.

Thanks for sharing this historical record! One thing that amazes me is some of names of places in Amhara are found in many other location. For instance, the name በራራ in the document refers the one in Bete-Amhara(Wollo) which is currently located in Kutaber district. This same name (በራራ) used to be also the name today's Addis Ababa. Do you also know that at least there are 3 places called ክምር ድንጋይ, one is Gondar/Bege-Medir/, the second one in Bete-Amhara(Wollo ) and the third in [deleted] Shewa?

Thank you! Thank you so much! This is amazing.

This is not true. Most of the North Wello and Gonder villages and towns are Agaw or Tigrayan. The Amara migrated from West africa around 11th Century CE and adopted the language and agriculture technquees from Tigrayans who are Aksumites. Even injera was introduced to Shewa by Taitu ( from Gonder). The Amhara people could not prepare thin bread called Taita in Tigrigna but they call it Injera in Amharic.North Gonder and Tigray were using Taita or in amharic Injera for long time.Amara is in South Ethiopia near the boundary to Somalia and Sudan. Tigray should get back it's own towns and villages in North Wello and Gonder. lalibella and Aksum are inseparable. We will take Laibella if agaw people are not ready. ideally the Agaw people should get lalibella and the surrounding region of South Wello.

MYTH #1 "Yekuno Amlak overthrew Zagwe Dynasty"
Amhara King Yekuno Amlak was instructed by Zagwe Saint Iyasus Moa to remove the Zagwe Dynasty!
I know why this happened!
Zagwe Dynasty did not rule all Amhara People. Zagwe only ruled Lalibela and Axum. The Amhara wanted Zagwes to unify Abysinnia instead Zagwe Emperors did not care so Zagwe Saint Iyasus Moa instructed Yekuno Amlak to be king and defender of all Christian Habeshas in Abyssinia The Zagwes became Wagshum and continued to be kings and cheifs in Sekota, Amderwork,Abergele,Ashenge
