Here's a summary of the president's interview.

His paranoia is back - he expects the sanctions to continue.

His megalomania is getting worse - he believes he rules, not only Eritrea and Ethiopia, but also the entire Horn of Africa. He is on a mission to end the uni-polar world order. I don't know how he imagines to do it. He is on "Eritrea against the entire world" mood again.
