The Tigrayan puzzle

Post by Roha » 23 Nov 2021, 13:50

This is the hardest challenging puzzle to answer, and only a Tigrayan may answer it:
Why would 110 million proud Ethiopians accept to be ruled by 6 million Tigrayans, again?
The Tigrayans may have done it from 1991 - 2018 with full control of the Ethiopian army
and security establishments, and all the financial resources of Ethiopia but the people of Ethiopia has told them in 2018:
"we don't need Tigrayan Woyanies anymore, go away to Mekelle".
Isn't this war a suicidal war for Tigrayans? Even if they succeed to topple Abiy,
can the Tigrayans pretend, it is again 1991 and impose their will on 110 million Ethiopians in 2022 AD?
Will the people of Ethiopia accept Tigrayan hegemony again? At the end, this looks a futile and suicidal war

If the "objectives" of this war is not to impose the unrealistic will of the Tigrayan TDF on Ethiopia and the future direction of Ethiopia,
then there is really no objective at all.

The only secrete about TPLF is there is no secrete. The minority ethic tyrannical TPLF has an incurable addiction to loot, exploit, oppress and crown itself over other Ethiopians. The only country in the world that let's to suffer in the hand of an ethnic minority had been Ethiopia. This is shame on all of us Ethiopians. That stupid addiction is now the loss of lives and displacement of millions, destruction of cities built over 100 years of generational investment. The TPLF's are in fact suicidal. This country suffered for over 50 years because of these evils. Their motive is stupid, it is more of being used a puppy by external forces who has ill-wish about the peace Ethiopia could enjoy and transform herself economically to become regional hub of political influence.ትንሽ ሰው አይግጠማች ሁ ነው፤አንሶ ያሳንሳል። There is no other option other than uprooting TPLF.

They have no agenda nor objectives to achieve, they are simply doing what the USA and the west wanted them to do. That is the saddest part. The whites wanted then in power and greedy TPLF wanted to be in power at any cost.

Roha,

I thought you were Tigrayan. You are wedi torserawit after all.  Any how, the Weyane's plan is very simple. They don't plan to dominate Ethiopia the way the did. The plan to manage Ethiopia from the back seat. First and formost, they wanted to save their own people. They wanted their people to get aids directly as needed. We all know, Tigrayans are expanshnists. They don't want the old system coming back that kept them a whole centuary barefooted. Hence, they want to keep the status quo. Abbiy was leaning to the idea of bringing the old system. If you read Halafi, you will have the idea. Meaning, if their are going to declare their independece, they want the Ethiopian union dissolved. Off course, the Welqait issue is a huge hurdle for them. They want a friendly government in Eritrea, otherwise, they will be locked from the outside world. The only way I see a solution to this is, to combine Amhara and Tigray in one region. But, with all this animosity, that won't happen. Amharas will not give up Welqait and Raya. To sum it up, they will have to climp a steep 30,000 ft high cliff without any equipment to do so. Every thing is uncertain. Ethiopia's future as we speak is uncertain. It is very hard to predict the outcome.

It is guaranteed fact that the people of Ethiopia do not want to be governed again by the Tigrayan TPLF, directly or indirectly.
The puzzle is that even if the Tigrayans topple the Abiy Ahmed government, why does the Tigrayan elites want to come to Addis Ababa? Because under any condition, the wishes of the 110 million Ethiopians is not going to change about the TPLF that represents only 6 million Tigrayans.
It is madness, this war is not going to end soon. May Qidste Maryam make this scourge short.

Roha aka Mesob,

I hear that the Bedewin are going to join in
Seriously, the agames will bring the invisible hand in Jawar or Beqele Gerba to power, and the junta  will control the military in absolute terms. Ethiopians will ignore the whole thing and will go about their own lives for another ten years or so, then deja vu again.

The recent battles and the front outlined in the map proves my point that the Tigrayan activities looks like the march of the folly. The Tigrayans are in haste to arrive to their former seat in Addis, forgetting that they are overstretched beyond their size. Can anyone remind them - this is not the Ethiopia of 1991.
