According to the report at least 50% of 5,400 houses have been rented to those Eritreans, at the price of around 30,000 Birr/month per household. That means the Eritreans are paying 81,000,000 Birr per month (2,400X30,000). If you convert that to dollar that is more than 2,000,000 dollars. This means if you add other expenses such as food, they are huge source of foreign currency for Ethiopia. Unlike the ኣረይቲ ኩዕንቲ tribe who were robbing Ethiopia to its bone, those Eritreans are paying in hard currency.
The solution for this is to fine the noisy ones, and if they commit crimes, lock them up after a fair trial in a court of law. Problem solved.
