TPLF-EPRDF should be back in power! It is easier to reform with TPLF-EPRDF than with Eritrean trained politicians!

Post by EthioRedSea » 21 Feb 2021, 12:08

in hindsight, TPLF is much better than any of the govements in Ethiopia. TPLF is nationalist and patriotic. It has an ethno-linguistic platform, which it's weak chain. However TPLF-EPRDF has book drastic economic changes.

We need to allow TPLF-EPRDF to join the parliament and take control of the government business. Abiy Ahmed's EPP is unfortunately too weak to present effective leadership as Eritrea is their mentor.

It is not wrong to admit mistakes done by the majority of Ethiopians. Some of us like to revenge on TPLF, specially EPRP, EPLF and Dergue. But this is unwise. We have to find a middle way. We need to be pragmatists- how do we move forward economically should be the question we need to answer before supporting or rejecting political groups. Certainly, TPLF had the discipline and motivation to industrialize Ethiopia. TPLF had key partners around the world that could help them with the plan. Unfortunately we have to suffer before we get the right leaders.

You know dead people don't be back to life, so does TPLF. On many points i could agree with your solution but when crime committed on that degree, there is no turning back. You can't just reconcile with leaders who ordered to massacre their own army, at that federal forces. You better think different way to move forward.
