Woyane leadership is Hashenge lake brain that is frozen in time you cannot drink the water, every position of Tigray has been occupied by the same net work groups for the last 30 years yet there is nothing to show I am or I was dedicated for this cause like road construction, water preservation, forestry, homeless, youth education, cultural preservation, identity preservation Technology, or Tigrigna languge except we say Wedi Ayashumey and Gual Amoy is in the position and lets enjoy life and die the way the same as the previous ones. This kind of net work groups to lead Tigray is nothing but waiting for disaster as we are witnessing it right now.

All the problems Tigray is compounded could have been averted if we put the brightest minds Tigray produced. We could have better way of handling the country riot, we could have prevented Abiy to come to power, we could have caught Abiy spy master for enemies of Tigray, we could have listen president Abdi Illy of Somali when he begged woyane leadership to use art 39 with Somali and Afar and let others get their own independent, we could have gone back to Addis Ababa within a year to oust Abiy, we could have finished the border war at the time, we could have finished Issayas when he has been recruiting enemy of Tigray from all over for the last 20 years and we could have prevented locusts to destroy our farmers crops this time but we have Deqi Ayashumey and Deqi Amoy leadership in Tigray???

As Woyane leaders say the organization belongs to Tigray people and all educated Tigrayans are from Tigray and owned woyane organization. Debretsion ought to find the most brilliant mind of Tegaru and bring them to your adminstration to serve the variety of fields in order to do them right and see desire results than a loyal to families and relatives to be installed and does not know what the hell is going within his or her department and hurts all tigrayans across Tigray.

The main reason Tigray is still backward cannot even feed itself is Tigray never exploited its God given gifted bright people, they spend endasuwa, but the morons unskilled people run key positions and they are a liability to Tigray and Tigray remains the same as our forefathers 5000 years ago. No country developed without the smart people take over the key positions and move the country forward, Tigray is very odd and our living standard is very odd and our achievement is very odd.

A president job is to find smart people with experience and with solid educational background and put them in all departments to implement the party vision and policy and follow up all those key people to make sure they are doing the job they were given correctly and on timely manner.
