WHAT DIASPORA OROMO HOOLIGANS NEED TO DO?

Post by Selam/ » 11 Jul 2020, 05:51

The Oromo elites don’t realize how permanently they are destabilizing their region. They have made it difficult for Christian Oromos to live peacefully with Muslim Oromos. They have made it difficult for Arsi, Wollega and Quottu Oromos to live under one administration with Borana, Jimma, Shoa and Illibabur Oromos. This is the kind of fruit you harvest from a political philosophy that is founded on hatred and shallow ethnicism. Down down Ethiopia will soon transform to down down to Christians or Muslims or to down down to Jimma or Querro... Oromia will be the next Somalia unless someone teaches these hooligans that their clan and herd mentality is deadly and it will devastate their region for years to come. They are fvcked up and in deep sh!t to say the least.

They block highways in Denver and Minneapolis to protest the arrest of a khat addict terror master while Shashemene is burning. It’s evident how savage they are when compared to the reactions of Amhara or Tigray diasporas to the incarcerations and killings of their icons, such as, Seare Mekonnen, General Kinfe, Bereket, Asaminew Tsige, Ambachew, Eskinder, Yilikal, Lidetu...Ask yourself why? Individual thinking vs herd thinking distinguishes medieval consciousness from awakened consciousness.

Something is fundamentally wrong with the Oromo elites and diaspora communities. Instead of blocking a US highway, which has nothing to do with the violence, they May as well go back home, join their vigilante kins in Arsi and Shashemene and destroy properties and kill innocent people. Can someone show them how a civilized protest looks like?

The Solution is to put all ethnic minorities on a bus and send them out of Oromia. Then put Shewan Oromos send them back to Shoa. They will have no one to attack. Aswell all non Oromo business should take there businesses elsewhere.

Then once all non Oromo Christians have are gone. They should burn down there empty businesses. And sent the military to revenge them for there devilish crimes. I know Oromia is being sucked dry from all economic prosperity. I can’t wait for Oromia to suffer. Next time the Military will hate them so much they will burn down galla businesses and house

Selam,
No matter what your opinion is, the unfolding Oromo situation at home and abroad has a potential to change the horn of Africa few years down the track. The biggest difference this time is the impacted generation. The talk of a united ethiopia will have a back seat again, probably for good. specially, If the Tigray issue is not solved peacefully, that can have a cascading effect that will make Somale region to join somalia and the rest will be history.

If there is no united Ethiopia, there will not be any united Oromia. The flame of divisions is currently engulfing Oromos. Unless we fix the overarching country-wide political and government frameworks that unite us, Oromia is the first to be the next Syria. And in the same token, if there is no Oromia, there will not be any Ethiopia. That’s how I see it.

The biggest problem in Ethiopia's future is the upcoming generation who were born during EPRDF, specially those under 40. I believe this age group has formed their own way of looking at Ethiopia. The generation is mentally liberated from past Ethiopia, and the future Ethiopia will exist only if it accommodates their needs, which seems not to be the case at the moment. The Qerroo, Faano, ejjeto etc are the one who will decide on Ethiopian's future. The current situation will only facilitate different thinking that negate the current Ethiopia one way or another.

Post by Selam/ » 12 Jul 2020, 07:51

I haven’t seen others carrying posters that say “Amharas Lives Matter” or “Gurages Lives Matter” or “Tigreans Lives Matter” even though a Woyane flag is seen among the protesters. The use of such a cliche by the majority of the Ethiopian youth would mark the end of Ethiopia. The young man with the poster that reads “Oromo Lives Matter” is a typical example of disillusionment and loss of identity that the portion of the Oromo diaspora is dealing with. He obviously doesn’t know what “Black Lives Matter” stands for. He just replaced the word Black with Oromo and used green and red markers in-lieu of black color. He avoided yellow even though the Oromo flag right behind him has a yellow color in it. Because green, yellow and red would be associated with Ethiopia.

The majority of Oromo youths doesn’t have this kind of metal retardation and of course the Fano, ejjeto, Satenaw, Zerma, and Fenkil folks may have a strong opinion about their ethnic identity than the previous generation but they don’t detach themselves from the higher-order identity or country as their Oromo counterpart. That gives me hope.

The solution is to kick out Amhara region and ship all Amhara back to their independent Amhara nation .. then only Ethiopia will live peacefully ...

beside Amhara no body opposed Fed. ethnic system .. so if everyone agree and only the Amhara opposed what we r waiting for..

Kichamam Woyane - Your serpentine forked-tounge is to blame for your incoherence and misery. You whine about Woyane thugs assets on one side and then you advocate for the eviction of others. Wickedness and retardations are ingrained in your cursed DNA. KIFU!

let me give u example if Egypt say i take 100% Nile water u Ethiopian take zero % and insisted in this deal would u think there will be any deal.. the same way the Amhara stand on the old Amhara rule one nation one government one political party one love one hate one language one culture one line of thinking , one flag one one religion one history and they ask the oromo to join them .. how in hell this is possible .. hence the only chance we have is to kick out the Amhara

Kichamam Woyane - TPLF thugs were cursing Derg on daily bases for the first decade of their lifetime in Arat Kilo. Then when the new nationalist push came to shove, their next kicker became “Menilik Sefari”. The wicked thugs managed to divide the nation but they later got burnt by it. That was Déjà vu II አብዮት ልጇን በላች።

Déjà vu III is in the making. As the saying goes ሚስቱን ገድሎ አማቱ ቤት ተሽሽገ, shameless TPLF thugs rolled in under Oromos skirt with the same worn out strategy: Menilik, Amhara, crap and pretending to have forgotten what they did to the Oromos a few years ago. Our wise Ethiopian forefathers say: መሞት የፈለገ ግልገል፣ ቀበሮ ቤት ሄዶ ይጨፍራል። The Oromo-led government is now kicking your criminal arse while you’re still playing the old song. Trust me, there will not be Déjà vu IV. Make sure you pre-ordered your funeral casket. KIFU!

From the first book of Kings, Chapter 3, this Bible story exemplifies the wisdom of King Solomon. Two mothers living in the same house, each the mother of an infant son, came to Solomon. One of the babies had died, and each claimed the remaining boy as her own. Calling for a sword, Solomon declared his judgment: the baby would be cut in two, each woman to receive half. One mother did not contest the ruling, declaring that if she could not have the baby then neither of them could, but the other begged Solomon, "Give the baby to her, just don't kill him!"

The king declared the second woman the true mother, as a mother would even give up her baby if that was necessary to save its life. "All Israel heard of the judgment that the king had rendered, and they stood in awe of the king because they perceived the wisdom of God was in him to do justice." (1 Kings 3:28)

THIS story make me cry when ever i heard it.. if bud Amhara love Ethiopia so much they would have said let Amhara go if that means saving mama Ethiopia but reading one Amhara s reading the whole Amhara they dont care what happened to mama Ethiopia as long as they win...

Selam,
One thing we all have to acknowledge is that, the past rulers are the source of today's problem. Oromos are probably vocal mainly due to their numbers and the area they occupy. For example King H/S's policies were pro assimilation to Amharic culture and language. Changing the names of cities like Adama to Nazareth,Bishooftuu to D/Z, Dallee to Yirgalem, Bulee hora to Hagere mariam, Adola to Kibremengist, Ciroo to Asebe teferi etc are part of the assimilation process to make ethiopia a Christian kingdom that speaks amharic with amhara culture. Only those who are on the receiving end will understand the impact. oromos and people of the south were on the receiving end as they were the most impacted. Derg tried to improve slightly by declaring equality among nations and nationality. EPRDF took further step and allowed nations and nationalities to use their own languages locally/federal regions. For some this was a backward step, while for some it was seen as progress.
For Ethiopia to exist, differences has to be acknowledged and accommodated, in such a way that no single group emerge dominant politically. Hopefully the incoming generation of youth will have that mentality and will build Ethiopia that is just for all its citizens.

Well, the same generation that uprooted Woyane thugs turned its face now to its own ordinary citizens and their properties. That’s wrong and unacceptable. If slaughtering of innocent people and dragging their bodies on truck or hanging them on trees isn’t a sign of moral degeneration, what is it then?

Past pain doesn’t entitle anyone to avenge those that don’t have anything to do with it. All ethnicities have suffered under past conflicts, expansions, occupations, feudal serfdom, pseudo-socialism and tribal politics. Tribes and cultures have been wiped out, properties confiscated and people purged. Those who were affected didn’t have the means or they were not in a position to push back whether it’s related to properties, religion, languages or culture. That has been the case all over the world. No state is born with a soul language or culture or religion. For instance, Ethiopia didn’t create Christianity or Islam and no one is avenging the originators. There has been always displacement, ethnocide, assimilation and dissimilation. So what?

The vicious circle of hate and recrimination has to stop, including woyane’s past crimes. I accuse the latter for their post PP propagandas and crimes.

Selam,
No matter what your opinion is, the unfolding Oromo situation at home and abroad has a potential to change the horn of Africa few years down the track. The biggest difference this time is the impacted generation. The talk of a united ethiopia will have a back seat again, probably for good. specially, If the Tigray issue is not solved peacefully, that can have a cascading effect that will make Somale region to join somalia and the rest will be history.
Selam,
One thing we all have to acknowledge is that, the past rulers are the source of today's problem.

Re: WHAT DIASPORA OROMO HOOLIGANS NEED TO DO?

You are clueless about Oromos yet want to preach to us about Oromos; hilarious indeed! You should humble yourself and learn more about us, before you decide to try and preach to us, or advise us; that's the very least one should do! Adelem ende?
1. We do not have religious problems, at all, but our enemies want to portray it as if we do, to divide us because an united oromo is their worst nightmare.
2. There is no such thing as ''quottu oromos,'' and we do not have problems ''living together,'' the problem is a corrupt administration who wants to divide oromos to keep themselves in power and enable themselves to loot, as their former bosses the tplf used to.
Just because an Oromo or partial oromos, are in power; doesn't mean they are all of a sudden not corrupt or dictators in the making.
Doesn't mean the legitimate grievances/questions of the Oromo masses have been addressed; or handled properly.

And if you researched the destruction in oromia, you'd know that, the locals of the areas did NOT know who the organized gangs were, and oromos themselves were the biggest victims regarding loss of lives.
Secondly; oromos were the ones protecting minorities among them, as well. To quote an Oromo elder in Dera, ''someone is trying to put a wedge between us and our neighbors, with whom we lived peacefully for decades.''
The question is: WHO is trying to do so?
