The Seye groups should consist, Samora, Tsadkan, Teklebrhan, Abebe and other veterans and new youth faces even from the opposition party to learn from them and the youth can give new ideas to the veterans too. Seyoum, Debretsion and Abraham should do the same to bring youths to work with them and learn from the veterans and the youth can give them fresh ideas and will be helpful for all parties and Tigray as a whole.

We see in America the youth who graduated from colleges across the thousands of Universities join the veterans in every sector of the economy and learn from the experienced and take over the companies or state and federal jobs and responsibility for the "going concern" of America. It means the continuity and viability of America at home for its citizens and in the world stage to compete and win and bring the trophy at home. The same thing financial analysts check the internal control of the company and its going concern for the future that is its viability to continue as a competitive in the open market against its competitors.

The Japanese, German, South Korea, India, China and many other countries succeeded because they put the right skill for the right job at every level and they put internal control to make sure the said plan is working accordingly to the strategy they put forth and the result was tremendous and very satisfactory and motivational for the citizens to do more and produce more and they all became rich countries overnight.

The same Tigray must learn from the 18 years disaster and change Tigrayans do business to get different result by putting the right people for the right job and expect them huge return. The wrong people are the cancer of a country taking the wrong space or the bottle neck positions from the able people and taking their country to the ground the way Meles operated for 18 years after the division of the leadership. You can tell during the struggle there was check and balance and responsibility and leadership was at every fighter and took everyone as the leader of Tigray and everyone of the fighters worked so hard day and night without any reservation with the highest integrity and fearless, the result was shocking to the world as they did it in 1991. During the struggle there was internal control and they even had the highest commission everyone respect the decision, it is equivalent to the American supreme court or SEC, that is Security Exchange Commission the highest govern body of American financial institutions. SEC can close or take over any company at any given time if the company failed to adhere the SEC guidance how to run or operate the company and disclose its financial matter to the investors at a specific period of time. The Supreme court is the highest legal body including political parties dispute and how the society should be govern by themselves.

My point is if Tigrayans want to win and move forward one step ahead and change the lives of our people then we must put the right people at the right time and at the right place and Tigray will function at all cylinder with full capacity and the production will make all Tigrayans proud the way the Germans did, the Chinese did, the South Koreans did and the Israels have done it.

Let Debretsion be wise beyond his own ego and let the above departments open and run by the above people and this will be an internal control within Tigray we can catch any mistakes before it affect us what we do and continue for the good job we do and bring the new generation to learn from you since they are the leaders and guardian of tomorrow Tigray. This is how the going concern of Tigray viability to our identity, culture, language and well being be maintained.

The most key every Tigrayan must know is if Tigray deploy the best experienced able leaders at the key positions and if we fail then there will not be any regret because that is what we can do at the time and that is who we are as society and the next generation of Tigrayans will not blame us because we attempted our at most best.
