Eden , whenever Isayes wants to talk peace or any other issue , he should go to Addis, as he did. As a president of Eritrea , he deals with his equal that happens to be the prime minister of Ethiopia. It is not in his political interest , or protocol dictates it that he should negotiate peace with a kleel leader , God forbid a kebele chairman.
