Countries rarely beat the odds twice, and the odds were heavily stacked against Eritrea both in 1961 and 2001.
Koki Abselom when analysing Against All Odds Part One said that it is an accident of history that Eritrea won the liberation war, and she thought that that would be easily reversed by Meles.
She said because of some accidents of history, in 1991 Isaias and his Friends entered Addis. In 1995, Isaias and Friends evolved into Isaias and Meles, after the war with Yemen it because Meles and Isaias, and she predicted after the 1998 war it will revert to the more natural one to become Meles and his Friends.
In 1991 it was Isaias and Friends
In 1995 it became Isaias and Meles
In 1997 it became Meles and Isaias
And after the war she predicted it will be Meles and Friends
But Eritrea beat the odds for the second time, the woyane became relegated to dustbin of history, Meles expired unceremoniously after being stared down by Abebe Gelaw.
So that is why those who cannot destroy Eritrea now want to destroy its history.
Isaias was the leader of Against All Odds Part One and he was the leader of Against All Odds Part Two, that is why the relentless attack on his person.

Where did EPLF die? On its way to S Arabia via Djuboutti and Yemen? At the Axum hotel in Mekelle?

Adey Zeineb was an icon of Against All Odds P1, sister Sophie who honoured addy Zeineb at the UN is in her own right one of the icons of Against All Odds P2
There is a difference of 30 years between the generation of Against All Odds P1 and the generation of Against All Odds P2, but Isaias was the leader of both
