በቅርቡ ከፌዴራል ጠቅላይ አቃቤ ህግነት ተነስተው በአምባሰደርነት የተሰየሙት አቶ ብርሃኑ ፀጋየ፥ የ 19 ሚልየን ብር የሙስና ክስ ፋይል እንደተጠናቀረባቸው ቀድመው በመረዳት ለእረፍት ብለው በዱባይ በኩል ወደ አሜሪካ ሸሽቷል፡፡ የአብይ ቡድን ጉዳዩን ለማዳፈን የሸማግሌ ቡድን ቢያንቀሳቅስም በኮሮናና በአቶ ብርሃኑ መሰወር ሽምግልናው ሊሳካ አልቻለም፡፡ አቶ ብርሃኑ ፀጋየ በካናዳና በአሜሪካ ባለፈው ዓመት ባለሃብቶችን አስገድደው ቪላዎች ካስገዙ የብልፅግና አመራሮች መሃከል እንደሆኑ ይጠቀሳሉ፡፡ በተያያዘ ጉዳይም፥ የፌደራል አቃቤ ህግ የፋይናንስ ሃላፊም ከስራው ታግደዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም የአንድ የብአዴን/የቀድሞ አዴፓ/ የአሁኑ የአማራ ብልፅግና ከፍተኛ አመራር ጉዳይም በተመሳሳይ ሁኔታ ይገኛል፡፡ አብዮት ልጆችዋን እየበላች ነው፡፡
