Thanks for the dream because everyone needs to dream since it is the best way of escaping from the routine and boring activities of everyday life.
That said, the word,"DECLARED" is being used and over consumed repeatedly as a scare craw rather than a dream come true: Otherwise prove em wrong by DECLARING independence and inviting me to the carnival.

Tigray is already in State of Emergency, imposed on her by Qeerroo two years ago...so, there is no need for declaring again. Plus, no one, even Agames who live outside Tigray in Ethiopia wants to go back to her anyways...

You cannot do this. Only the Ethiopian government has the power to declare emergency crisis.
