Segeràw has suffering some sort of mental illnesse. I can guess one of the two: Sch or BD.

I can clearly diagnose and tell by just looking his video in his latest interview using the Facial Action Coding System [FACS]. He displayed two significant mental illness which either chizophrenia (SCZ) or bipolar disorder (BD). They both have fine line in emotional stimuli to differentiate in incongruent emotive feelings and facial expressions. Segèra is displaying the illness in his physical appearance, which will include facial expression, clothing, grooming and self-care (his poor hygiene), restlessness (wanted the only one to talk none stop).

My conclusion would be he needs immediate psychiatric attention.

I diagnosed him for free. Poor bastàrd!
