The only goods and services Eritrea can sell or invest in Somalia is violence, chaos, anarchy. Italian-Somalia has enough of these from Al Shabab. What Al Shabab Isaias will out produce in Somalia is lowland Jeberti style nomadism which Somalia itself has. Isaias Afework who turned Eritrea into desolate, destitute and text book example of Halloween Eritrea neither has the economy nor the intelligence to share others. The simple truth is he is a miserable aloof thug. His love of Somalia is well explained by the phrase
"Misery loves Company".
Meaning, a person who is unhappy often shares his/her troubles with others
