What do you mean by disarm all Amhara? The Amhara regional government does have own police force, own regular militia, own fetino derash and strong military forces representation within Ethiopia.
That is why your claim is simple bulsh!t fake news and cheap talk. Fano went to war in support of the armed forces against (tplf)Tigryans because tplf became vulgar and outlaw rogue group . In the process tplf have been pressured enough and got subdued with its wings being clipped, in which case the Ethiopian government and the military halted the offensive partly also due to the international pressure which fano irregulars did not accept as its agenda was to exterminate the Tigryans from the face of the earth once and for all, as they themselves put it. All the paramilitary and irregular militias all the Ethiopian regions including Oromiyya were dully disarmed and integrated in to the regular army and or federal police forces. Even part of the amhara irregular militia have been disarmed and integrated in to the regular army and other governmental military organizations. Only a segment of the irregular Amahar militia got offended for not being allowed to finish the Tigryans once and for all refused to disarm and run to the caves to continue their criminal mission.
