There are no roads or railway connecting Ethiopia to the Port of Tadjoura. The last time China built a railway connecting Ethiopia to the Port of Djibouti, it added $3.4 Billion dollars to Ethiopia's $8 Billion Dollars debt to China. May be Ethiopia can utilize its Drone transport technology as an alternate to ground and rail transportation.

Why does Ethiopia need to be loyal to Somaliland when Somaliland itself cannot control its own borders its still federally and interionally under the Hawiya Mocadigishu Government with EU USA, Egypt, Turkey all working for Somalia Interests

Why does Ethiopia have to ruin its diplomatic reputation..... Somaliland is just using us to gain international recognition but the reality is most nations are against Hargeisa Independence. Let Somalia be divided and take of itself. No need to be in their mess! Somali Wa Mid is dead!

Therefore it is a waste of time for Ethiopia to try to implement MOU in Somaliland rather make a deal with Djbouti Port Tadjura .....
