Tigrayan elites will never return to their former status, a status mind you, that was of course-undeserved, unsustainable, unjust and oppressive.
But of course, I do believe Tigray has its place within Ethiopia, a place that is in accordance to its contributions and population, which is what 8-10 percent? Yeah, that's fair enough. The two giants are the main shot-callers though: Oromo fi Amara. It seems tplf had to get your region into a huge war just to go back to what abiy offered them initially: joining his govt.
