My Eri People: Your Help Needed

Post by Fiyameta » 23 Apr 2024, 14:50

Hello my Eri people,

I was listening to this very interesting interview below on one of my favorite Youtube channels, and the high IQ author being interviewed used the word "አርትዓያ" which I'm not familiar with. Do any of you know the meaning of the word, or any English word that is very close to it?

Thanks in advance.

Eritrea is a Greek word. It is the correct spelling. I wonder what part of Eritrea the guy or gal hails from. He may not be a Tigrigna speaker.

Thanks, but I was looking for the meaning of the word in the context the author used it in 5:00 minutes of the video when he mentioned another author's name and said "ነዛ መጽሓፍ አርትዓያ ኢሉኒ" ... "አነ ነዛ መጽሓፍ አርቲዐያ ጥራይ'የ"....
